J.B. Rage
who is he?
I am J.B. Rage. I have not always been J.B. Rage, actually, that didn't even come about till I was in the mid-twenties. I pull inspiration from all facets of my daily life from the way things made me feel to the smell in the air in the meadow over there. gotcha! seriously though a lot of my poetry comes from a darker place in my soul and my flash fiction sits in the realm of matters of the heart. of course, I'm a Gemini so there is a distinct variation in the style of writing I use for different types of pieces
Where is he from?
i come from a small community nestled into the heart of the finger lakes region of New York State. no where near the big Apple. a town known more for its history and industry than most other things it was a prison city as they say built in the surroundings of a maximum security prison known for using the first electric chair which still its in the prison today. not so well known is the hometown of J.B. Rage was also the town Harriet tuhuman lived after the civil war…
what drives him
I've always thought of myself as a thinker. most of the time dI was look at it weird because my approach to pretty much everything was so outside the box it a miracle it even worked. in my early years that made me weird or a freak as some called me. as I got older I excelled in areas, others wouldn't with my abstract ideas at the forefront.

I grew up in a small town in central new york, as you’ve already been told… in a city called auburn. some of you may have heard of it some may not have, but there is a lot of history there such as Harriet Tubman's house and grave, William Seward's house and grave, but also has been visited by many celebrities such as Sigourney Weaver. but that's not all. though I lived there most of my life I also had Seneca falls(women's rights convention) only 20 minutes away, along with Waterloo near that which is the birthplace of memorial day. enough about where I grew up though it plays a vital role in why I decided to become a writer.
